      Hi Periwinkle... Although it's in the round it's not worked over 3/ 4 needles only 2 which is less fiddly - the same method as the rabbit cosies (http://claire-garland.blogspot.co.uk/2012/03/felted-egg-cosy-bunny.html) or Mollie makes bunnies (http://claire-garland.blogspot.co.uk/2012/01/free-pattern-felted-bunny.html) patterns which are both free to try...
